About me

I have been working as a psychological therapist for over 20 years, firstly in the NHS and for the past 10 years privately at The Rooms in Poynton.
I am a fully qualified cognitive behavioural therapist (CBT) and counsellor, I have a Masters Degree in CBT. I also hold a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology and so am particularly interested in helping people with work issues.
I am a caring professional and understand how difficult it can be for people to come for therapy. I always attempt to put people at their ease and try to see my clients at times convenient to them.
