A registered dietitian (RD) communicates the science of nutrition in a practical way to promote nutritional well-being, treat disease and prevent nutrition-related problems.
My aim is always to provide appropriate and accurate advice and information, both verbal and written, in an easy-to-understand, interesting and informative manner. Where possible and if appropriate, I like to add a little humour!

I have been actively involved in and thoroughly enjoy my work as a nutrition educator to a variety of audiences through -
