About me

Professor Long is a clinical and forensic psychologist and an accredited cognitive behaviour therapist. He has held posts in both the NHS and in the independant charitable trust sector (at St Andrew's Northampton ).
He is now employed in full time private outpatient practice and is also engaged in medico legal assessments and treatment.
In addition to the above he is Hon Professor of Psychology (University of Birmingham ) and Visiting Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry
