I trained in London and the South-East in Respiratory Medicine, working at district and London teaching hospitals (including Guy's, St Thomas' and King's College Hospitals) during my Specialist Registrar training in the 1990s. I also worked at Papworth Hospital, Cambridgeshire as their Senior Lung Transplant Fellow in 1996.

I have been working as Full-time Consultant Respiratory Physician at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare Trust since 2000, working primarily now at East Surrey Hospital, Redhill but also at Crawley and Horsham Hospitals. I have developed and maintained a close working relationship with the Thoracic Surgical unit at St George's Hospital, London and St Anthony's Hospital, Cheam.
