I have more than 50 publications in Med line, pubmed index national and international Medical journals.
It includes work on Gall Bladder Diseases, Hernia of various types, Diseases of of stomach and Oesophagus, Carcinoid tumours
I have presented my work on above topics and many other areas of medical practice in various national and International conferences.
I am interested in medical ethics, teaching and training. Health care management and evidence based practice.
I have received many Clinical Excellence Awards in recognition of my work over and above the work required.

I regularly teach on subjects of Hernia including inguinal, incisional and Hiatus Hernia,
I teach the about Gall bladder diseases and treatment.
Acid Reflux and conservative and operative treatment.
Bleeding per rectum and need for investigation.
How to detect gastrointestinal cancer at early stage.
The review of my practice in 2012 at The Spire Hospital shows that my infection rate , return to theatre, trasnfer to other hospital and death on site or within 31 days after discharge is zero percent. My readmission rate is only 1 %.
Recently a survey was carried out , prepared by an independent organisation for the Barnsley hospital about my practice.
The Feedback from the patients and their carers was excellent. Patients feel that I am friendly and easy to approach,I listen and reassure them, provide them useful information and investigate and treat them to feel them well looked after.
