About me
Like many from my generation my parents came over to the UK from Nigeria to study and my three siblings and I were all born and brought up here. We lived in Islington and my parents juggled work, part-time studies and bring up four children admirably. During the week we stayed with carers/foster parents in Essex and at weekends we stayed at home. A personal bereavement resulted my family relocating to Nigeria in my early teenage years and I returned to the UK after finishing my internship. I started my training in Birmingham and completed most of my postings in London / South-East England. I am a family man with grown up children. I enjoy exercise and non-competitive cycling. I have participated in local cycle rides for charity and the London to Brighton Bike ride on a number of occasions to raise funds for charity. My wife has also participated in the “Moon walk” for breast cancer.
