I have over 30 years of specialist experience in gastroenterology. Between 1988-1999, I trained at St Vincent’s University Hospital in Dublin, The Middlesex and Central Middlesex Hospitals in London. I presented research at numerous national and international scientific meetings. I was appointed as a Consultant Gastroenterologist and General Physician at Central Middlesex Hospital in 1999. Since my appointment I have practised as a senior consultant in a busy gastroenterology department, managing patients with a wide spectrum of gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic and biliary disorders. For over 10 years I was lead physician for inflammatory bowel disease at Central Middlesex Hospital where there is a dedicated clinic for patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. I have been a trainer of foundation and specialist postgraduate doctors of all levels and teacher for undergraduate medical students from Imperial College, London.
I am committed to providing the highest standards of patient care and communication. I have excellent results from patient satisfaction surveys and countless complimentary letters from patients over many years. As a female gastroenterologist at the Clementine Churchill Hospital I am pleased to provide a service for women with gastrointestinal problems.
