Continued membership and previous board member of British Medical Acupuncture Society and Society of Orthopaedic Medicine. Active role in Dorking clinical commissioning group, in particular patient pathway design, service provision, and Quality Improvement Programs (QIP).

Senior partner and GP with Specialist Interest (GPwSI) at Medwyn Surgery, Dorking, Surrey providing comprehensive primary care services, back pain service and chronic pain management clinics.
Current NHS consultant posts held
The community based clinics in Dorking allow back and chronic pain of all types to be assessed with a variety of interventions offered and audited. A biopsychosocial approach is employed with psychological assessments that include anxiety, depression and social support networks. The therapies offered include CBT, multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs, medical, surgical, injection, acupuncture and TENS.
