My undergraduate training was at St. George's, University of London. I undertook postgraduate training in both respiratory and intensive care medicine in London and completed a PhD in molecular microbiology at Imperial College in 2003.
I have been a consultant chest physician since 2004. I have a broad experience in all aspects of respiratory and general internal medicine.
I have developed medical high dependency, sleep services, endobronchial ultrasound, bedside pleural ultrasound and outpatient insertion of indwelling pleural catheters.
