About me

John trained in the UK where he was the National Spine Fellow in 1999. He underwent advanced training / fellowships in Spinal Surgery in Hartshill, Oswestry, Nottingham and Adelaide. He has been an invited lecturer in 19 countries around the world and is on Faculty for Surgical Symposia in America Europe and Australasia. He has published in journals and textbooks and supervised MD theses. He has regularly travelled to Zambia to perform pro bono Surgery.
He is the Spinal Senator for the Sw of England, a member of the Clinical Review Group and an advisor to NICE. He is an examiner for the British and Irish Surgical Colleges.
His surgical interests include major reconstructive surgery
