About me

Five Mile Therapy offers a professional, ethical, confidential service with an approachable, compassionate, and supportive systemic family therapist and BACP-accredited counsellor.

I work with people to consider their life experiences, feelings, behaviour and relationships, thinking about how they’d like to improve things and make useful changes, building on existing individual and relationship strengths.

Our work together is confidential. I won’t tell you what to do. There’s nothing you can’t talk about.

You can have one or two sessions to test the water and address immediate concerns, or we can develop a longer supportive, therapeutic relationship. Work can be online, on the phone or face to face.

I’ve had extensive training and experience in Jersey and the UK, working with mental health, psychotherapeutic, and charitable organisations, and in private practice.
