I am a Consultant Cardiologist working in a busy Acute General Hospital. My NHS and private practice regularly covers all areas of Cardiology and I also treat patients with General Medical conditions. I set up the cardiac catheter and permanent pacing services at Princess Royal University Hospital, which have an excellent record and very low complication rates. I was previously Clinical Director for Vascular Medicine. I am the Lead Cardiologist for Cardiac problems in pregnancy. I also have an interest in sports Cardiology and have reported screening tests for organisations such as the FA.
At Sloane Hospital and Chelsfield Park Hospital my clinics are the only Cardiology clinics to run alongside a Cardiac Physiologist so cardiac tests can be performed at the same session, speeding up treatment and avoiding unnecessary extra visits.
