My commitment to you is to provide a safe sanctuary do discuss: Life’s toughest moment: loneliness, redundancy, relationship break down, grief/bereavement, unemployment, major surgery, chronic diseases, divorce, separation, etc. Suffering at work: stress, changes within the organisation, burn-out, harassment, conflicts with co-workers/management, etc. and to help you gain a new understanding and insight into your life, and find the answers you are looking for, safe in the knowledge of confidentiality. Counselling and Therapeutic Coaching are provided in either French or English.
