About me

I’m a clinical psychologist offering private therapy alongside my role in the NHS. I draw on personal and professional experience to offer guidance within a warm, non-judgemental space. I like to work together with my client, exploring their needs and preferences and then offering ideas informed by a range of psychological models. The models I draw on most are narrative therapy and CBT. Often our work involves uncovering and strengthening resources that people already have or getting in touch with lost values.

I have 9 years experience working therapeutically in the NHS. Currently I work in a child and adolescent mental health service offering therapy to young people and their families as well as running a number of groups and community projects. I have experience in supporting people with challenges including (but not limited to) low mood, low self-esteem, anxiety, self-harm, behavioural difficulties, OCD and trauma.
