About me

I am a fully accredited member of the BACP and have been a practising counsellor since 2012. My original theoretical orientation is psychodynamic, however additional training in CBT, mindfulness and solution focused therapy have led me to adopt a more integrative approach. I have a real interest in working with children and young people and have undertaken additional training specific to mental health in young people, anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, self-harm and domestic violence.
