About me

I am a General Paediatrician, having been at Chelsea and Westminster since 1995. My work there is now based in the Paediatric Emergency Department.

My general clinics are mainly at BUPA Cromwell hospital, and also I do one clinic at Chelsea & Westminster hospital. I am passionate about paediatrics and the children I look after, and I have a whole team of subspecialist experts I work with for difficult or very specialised problems.

I am Vice-President of the Cornwall Air Ambulance

Areas of interest

I am a generalist and as such see the whole range of general and acute paediatrics. This includes all common infant problems (cough; vomiting; recurrent wheeze and bronchiolitis, feeding difficulties; poor growth, mild development issues), routine checks and immunisations. I manage all of common acute childhood problems including infections, skin rashes and minor injuries. I also look after the common recurring childhood illnesses e.g. cough, wheeze, asthma; headaches, constipation; abdominal pain; urinary tract infection; eczema etc. I am passionate about childhood vaccinations. At the same time I am also very keen to avoid medication, particularly antibiotics, wherever possible.
