About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience working in the NHS. I am a Cognitive Analytic Therapist and Supervisor.

Areas of interest

I have experience of providing both short and long term difficulties. I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including low mood, anxiety, stress, low self esteem and confidence, relationship difficulties and trauma. I work collaboratively with individuals to develop shared understandings and treatment plans.
