About me

I am Louise Bula, Registered Dietitian with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).

I obtained a bachelor’s degree with honours (BSc hons) in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Reading and a postgraduate diploma (PgDip) in Dietetics from Queen Margaret University.

I have gained a significant amount of experience within the NHS, working for Europe’s leading behaviour change company supporting patients virtually and consulting for major U.K. food brands.

Throughout my childhood, I struggled with my weight, and diets that didn’t work. Following my own weight-loss journey, I went on to lose over 30kg. This experience inspired me to become a Dietitian, so that I can help change the lives of others struggling with their weight.

I have been helping thousands of patients lose weight happily and most importantly, keeping the weight off.
