I am an counselling psychologist (Msc in Counselling Psychology, Doctorate in Counselling Psychology) with more than 13 years of experience working in mental health settings. Alongside my private practice I have always been working in NHS and third sector organisations and I have a variety of experience working with adults in health psychology settings, primary care and with individuals with long term interpersonal difficulties.
As I have been trained in a doctoral level, I have been trained in different approaches such as CBT, Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy and Humanistic approaches and I have continued my professional postdoctorate development, specialising in Cognitive Analytic Therapy and EMDR.
I am very passionate with my job and I am aiming to offer to my clients an environment that they can feel safe to explore their current struggles and develop better ways to manage difficulties and connect with themselves and others.
In my private practice I offer short term and long term therapy to adults, supporting them to develop a better understanding and relationship with themselves and others and develop better ways to cope.
