About me

I am trained, experienced and skilled in providing counselling, psychotherapy and supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists.. Additionally I am Senior Accredited with the BACP (Snr accred).

In a confidential setting I will listen to you and accept you as you are and without judgement.

I run an NHS counselling/ psychotherapy/ supervision Practice in two GP surgeries as well as my own Private practice at my home in Pembury, Kent.

I am passionate about working with you on any difficulties you are facing in an ethical, empathetic and warm approach.

Areas of interest

As a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Supervisor, both within my NHS and Private Practice work, I cover a variety of themes such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship, health issues and bereavement.

I have experience working with individuals who are survivors of childhood and adult abuse with a range of themes such as self-harming behaviours, identity issues and relationship issues (both for individuals and couples)

I have experience working with children over 10 years of age as well as adults.

I work both in short and long term therapy and work integratively to offer a bespoke therapy to meet your individual needs.

The models of therapy I use are Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and CBT.
