About me

I have more than 25 years experience in counselling and psychotherapy working with adults, young people and couples.

I offer both in-person and online counselling - via Skype, FaceTime WhatsApp and Zoom.

Whether you are struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression, loss, low self-esteem, or you want to bring more meaning to your life, I can help.

I provide a safe, supportive and confidential space for you to express your feelings and thoughts so to gain clarity and make a positive and lasting change.

I have a particular interest and experience in working with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, depression, and relationship issues.

My approach is Integrative, based on Psychosynthesis model - a holistic approach to healing, growth and transformation.

Psychosynthesis holds the view that every difficulty we face or crises we experience is an opportunity for positive change and growth.

In my work, I also bring my knowledge and experience of both Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.

My background in science (Quantum Physics) and my keen interest in Neuroscience are giving me a deeper understanding of mind and how it works.
