About me

Hello and welcome to my personal page.

I understand that, at times, life can be tough. We can all feel overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. Life events or circumstances may have caused you to feel lost, sad, frightened, angry or panicky. You may be having negative thoughts. Are you experiencing work-related stress, medical/health issues or having difficulty with communication or relationships? Do you think you may have dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD or possibly autism/Asperger's?

Everyone's story and reason for seeking therapy is different and it can take courage to ask for help.

I am a highly experienced psychologist (Chartered and HCPC registered) and Registered General Nurse with over 35 years’ expertise in the caring and medical professions. I have special interests in adult mental and physical health, trauma and neurodiversity. Using a range of methods, we would jointly agree on an approach that best meets your unique needs.
