About me

I am a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon in a large University teaching hospital. I have over 20 years experience in the management of colorectal disease, including running the National Intestinal Failure Centre, a unit treating some of the most complex bowel problems in the UK and Europe. I have been privileged to be invited by my colleagues to see and operate on patients from as far afield as the USA, Australia, Kuwait and Scandinavia.
