Sometimes life presents us with challenges and crises which are difficult to face alone or even with friends and family.
Sometimes all we want is for someone to listen and not try to make it ‘better’.
Sometimes we just need a different perspective on a familiar problem in order to change the way we think and feel about it.
Sometimes we feel we are capable of more or better but don’t know how to achieve it.
I can offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Counselling. This model of Integrative Therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space can help with all issues.
I provide individual therapy to adults over 18 years of age, via face-to-face, telephone or online sessions. It can be short-term or open ended.
I am a BACP registered and accredited Psychotherapist and a member of the BABCP.
I have experience within the field including NHS and private organisations.
My therapeutic approach is to develop a good therapeutic relationship in which you can feel safe, empowered, ready to explore and reflect what life brings to you. Therapy is for asking some sensitive questions and finding better ways to feel contained and resilient in life. I am here to help you develop your journey by reflecting, exploring with creative responses whatever you are going through. Isolation always makes it more difficult to tackle life challenges.
