About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of professional experience. I have specialist expertise in working with people with Neurodevelopmental Disorders including ADHD and Tourette’s Syndrome/Tic Disorder, OCD, PTSD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), physical health problems and health anxiety.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained to doctoral level to work with a broad range of psychological difficulties using evidence-based proven therapies. I have advanced level training in CBT, including Trauma-Focused CBT and other Third wave therapies such as Compassion Focussed Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
