About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of professional experience.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained to doctoral level to work with a broad range of psychological difficulties using evidence-based NICE-approved therapies. I have advanced level training in CBT, including Trauma-Focused CBT and other Third wave therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.

I have specialist expertise in working with people with OCD, PTSD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), physical health problems and Neurodevelopmental Disorders including ADHD and Tourette’s Syndrome/Tic Disorder.
