About me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained to use a range of therapies to both figure out what is causing you difficulties and come up with a range of interventions that are specifically suited to you and the way you think and do things. Some of the approaches I would draw upon might be cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic, behavioural, 'new wave' therapies (e.g. mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused) or more specific trauma focused therapies such as EMDR. The essence of this is that you get an integrated approach, that best suits you.

If you would like more information or are not sure whether my approach sounds right for you, feel free to either contact me by email or by phone for a chat. The most important thing in any therapy is that you can connect with your therapist and feel safe, I want to make sure I am the right therapist for you before we get started.
