About me

I have been working as a physiotherapist for over 12 years and have experience of a wide range of clincial condtions. I am specialised in orthopaedic rehabilitation, have worked at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore and have previously run a community orthopaedic physiotherapy service within the NHS.

I believe strongly in the benefits of high quality evidence led domiciliary (home based) physiotherapy. I feel that treatment in your own home helps provide a holistic treatment approach and supports a client to reach functional goals.

Home based intervention also reduces the time and energy used to travel to appointments and ensures treatment is tailored to your lifestyle.

The aim of Your life Physiotherapy is to improve your function following surgery, injury or illness, through empathic evidence led rehabilitation.
