About me

Therapy is increasingly being shown as an effective way of dealing with a wide variety of personal issues. I would be wrong to say absolutely that therapy will work for you or that it is right for everyone. I do know that I have worked successfully for over fifteen years with many people for whom it has made a significant difference- to themselves, their relationships, and how they live their lives.
I believe we are all on a journey towards health and wholeness, the road to healing can often be difficult to navigate. Life challenges can result in feelings of anger, depression, anxiety, loss of control, but these same struggles can be opportunities to grow.
I will walk alongside you on your journey of self-discovery.
