About me

When counselling, I work using an Integrative approach, which means I can bring different ideas into our work together, giving you a greater choice when trying to work out what’s happened to you and why. I am also able to use creative techniques such as art materials, sand tray and puppets whenever appropriate and only if you feel it's right for you. Sometimes being creative provides the possibility of greater understanding if talking therapy becomes too difficult for whatever reason.

Areas of interest

The individual psychotherapy I offer is for adults and adolescents in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential therapy room. I work face-to-face, online via Skpye and Zoom, and on the telephone.
