About me
I trained at UCL and Westminster hospital, graduating with a first class BSc in pharmacology and qualifying in medicine in 1984. After working in London, I trained in general medicine in Leicester and Cardiff before
entering into specialty training in cardiology as a registrar at UCL and Middlesex hospitals, and a senior registrar at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. I have been in post at Bedford Hospital since 1996 during which time I have also been performing coronary intervention at Papworth Hospital. I have been instrumental in the development of local services which now includes cardiac pacing, coronary angiography and more recently, coronary intervention. I have a broad experience in general cardiology and general medicine. I am passionate about delivering high quality personal care to my patients.
