About me

My name is Georgina Tasker-Simm and I am an accredited integrative psychotherapist and counsellor (UKCP). I run a private psychotherapy practice in Brighton, BN2 7BD, UK and offer confidential one-to-one sessions for adult individuals, couples and young people.

When life is tough it can be beneficial to have an ally. I offer a safe space to work with breakdown, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, stress management, anger management, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, suicidal thoughts, ante/post-natal depression, and eating issues (anorexia nervosa, bulimia and binge eating).

One of the pillars of strength and support that you will encounter throughout our work together, will be learning about mindfulness. This contemplative practice will allow you to quieten your mind and create enough space so you can see what makes you you, which will help you make better decisions about…everything!

You can then begin to look at what are your strengths and challenges? What are you passionate about? How can you harness your amazing “you-ness” to make the world a better place? What areas of your life could do with a little more balance and harmony?

I work with people face-to-face, online, over the telephone and can also make home visits. I provide both short-term solution focused therapy and long-term therapy Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
