About us

Horizon Physiotherapy are a team of Specialist Physiotherapists based in Buckinghamshire. We offer bespoke assessment and management for people with movement difficulties resulting from a Neurological Condition, Vestibular problems, Falls or loss of mobility and independence following an illness or hospital stay.
Karen Blagojevic is the Clinical Director and Principal Physiotherapist.
Karen was the Clinical Lead for Inpatient Neurorehabilitation across Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust for 5 years until 2018 and was also Clinical Lead for Buckinghamshire Stroke Early Supported Discharge Service (ESD). She was previously Therapy Manager at the Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital, home of the International Spinal Injuries Centre.
Karen gained a 1st degree in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University in 2000 and a Masters Degree in The Bobath Concept (Neurological Rehabilitation) from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2010. She is a trainee tutor for the International Bobath Instructor Training Association (IBITA) and committee member for Oxford ACPIN (Association for Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology, a specialist Professional Network within the Chartered Society for Physiotherapy).
