About us

I am an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society, Health and Care Professions Council and British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.

I bring a warm, open and down-to-earth approach to my work and aim to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to talk. I completed my Clinical Psychology training in 2009 and have completed further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I have worked in various positions and different contexts in the NHS, working with adults, young people, and children. I currently hold a part-time post in the NHS as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.

I can provide Schema Therapy, specialist CBT, EMDR, or a more flexible and integrative therapy that is tailored to an individual's particular need.
