About me

It’s perfectly normal to suffer psychologically as we go through life. I see my role as guiding my clients they transform their current issues into an opportunity for growth, fuelled by greater self-understanding and changes in behaviour.

I specialise in helping individuals to develop resilience, find direction, achieve goals and navigate challenges without being held back by mental, emotional, interpersonal or workplace issues.

Therapy is about us working together; sharing and collaborating to move you towards a meaningful life, while navigating the challenges that inevitably get in the way.

Once you understand your psychological and behavioural patterns you will find ways to use less energy fighting yourself and spend more time moving towards a happier and richer life.
