About me

Having worked in Clinical Psychology for many years, I have breadth of experience with people across the age range and who have sought help for lots of different difficulties. I aim to help people understand themselves and their difficulties more clearly, and identify ways they might lead a life that is more meaningful to them.
I have over 10 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist and have been fortunate to have shared many people's journeys. I offer a range of psychological therapies but most often use Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.
I offer a friendly, down to earth, non-judgemental space in which I hope the person can feel brave enough to explore their difficulties, the origins of those difficulties, and consider different ways forward. Any therapy will be flexible and tailored to the person's individual needs.

Areas of interest

The most part of my experience has focused on adults over 18.
I can offer help with a wide range of struggles including: low mood; anxiety; low self-esteem; interpersonal and relationship difficulties; self-harm; OCD; weight management; eating disorders; trauma (including childhood trauma).
This list is not exhaustive - please do not hesitate to email me should you feel I may be able to help.
