About me

Having worked in Clinical Psychology for over 15 years, I have breadth of experience with people across the adult age range, who have sought help for lots of different difficulties. I am also a qualified Practitioner in Cognitive Analytic Therapy and offer Executive Coaching.
I aim to help people understand themselves and their difficulties more clearly, and identify ways they might lead a life that is more meaningful to them. I have been fortunate to have shared many peoples' journeys and draw upon a range of psychological therapies including Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.
