About me

In view of the current climate re: corona Virus I am offering an online service via Zoom and telephone counselling. If you are happy to utilise this service please do contact me to give your consent.

My main practise approach is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy complemented by Mindfulness and the Internal Family Systems Approach.

My aim is to facilitate individuals to become experts on themselves and their problems. Assisted by the essential therapeutic relationship I encourage individuals to enquire, search and discover new ways of responding to the different blocks and dilemmas in life.

My Background
I have been practising as a therapist since 2008. Previous to this I worked as a Social Worker for a number of years in both statutory and Voluntary sectors.

I am particularly interested in new ventures that raise awareness of unmet need. This has been the reason for pursuing a career change in. I am passionate about individual potential and the creative inner strengths that brings about change, particularly in working towards self awareness, acceptance and healing.

My personal interests in life are drama, reading writing and sport.
