Dr. Daniel Broman

Dr. Daniel Broman is a highly experienced Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine consulting privately at Isokinetic Medical Group, a FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence, on Harley Street in London.

He graduated in Medicine from the University of Birmingham in 2010 and then underwent training in General Internal Medicine in London. He achieved a Master's degree (MSc) in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from University College London in 2015 and subsequently completed Higher Specialist Training in Sport and Exercise Medicine in London. During his Specialist Training, Dr. Broman also completed a PGCert in Medical Ultrasound with distinction from AECC University College. In 2019, Dr. Broman was appointed as a Fellow of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine and was included on the GMC specialist register.

In addition to his NHS and private clinical practice, Dr. Broman is the club doctor for West Ham United Football Club and also is team doctor for the England Women’s Under 21 Football Team. His work with the Football Association has included roles as team doctor at a number of international tournaments including the FIFA WU20 World Cup in 2018, the Toulon Tournament 2017, the UEFA U17 European Championships 2016 and the FIFA U17 World Cup 2015. He has previously held roles as the first team doctor for Reading FC, team doctor for Tottenham Hotspur Women and academy doctor for Chelsea FC. He has worked at numerous international sporting events such as Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, London 2012 Olympic Games, Maccabiah Games, Tour de France and the London Marathon.

Dr. Broman has a strong interest in clinical academia and medical education. He has published research in a number of peer-reviewed journals and has presented at multiple internal conferences. He has been awarded prizes for his work in Sport and Exercise Medicine from the British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine and the British Lung Foundation. Dr. Broman teaches widely in Sport and Exercise Medicine and completed a postgraduate certificate in Medical Education from University College London in 2017, following which he became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He has also served on Sport and Exercise Medicine committees for the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal Society of Medicine.
