About me

PLEASE NOTE: I am not currently accepting any new referrals as I will be taking maternity leave from 26/10/2020. I will update my profile when I return to work in 2021. Thank you.

I have worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for the past 11 years in a range of services including the NHS, The London Fire Brigade and in my own private practice. These experiences have led me to work with various people from diverse backgrounds, experiencing mild to severe psychological difficulties.

I am passionate about working with clients to help them live the life they deserve, free from anxiety and depression.

My aim as a therapist is to help my clients make sense of their thoughts, behaviours, physical body and emotions, in order to help them overcome their challenges and difficulties.
