About me

I'm an experienced counsellor and supervisor working in private practice and for a national charity. I have trained in a wide variety of areas and offer an integrative approach so I can tailor the therapy to meet your specific needs.

Are you wondering if Talking Therapies could help you?
* Do you feel that life is an uphill battle?
* Do you want to resolve difficult issues from your past?
* Do you feel your life has no clear direction?
* Do you want to change unhealthy patterns of behaviour?
* Do you need some support in achieving your life goals?

If you answered 'yes' to any of the above then I can provide you with the safe, confidential, non-judgemental and supportive environment you need to explore and work through your issues.

In addition to my counselling work with individuals I provide a tailored employee assistance programme for businesses and I am a supervisor for other counsellors. Outside of private practice I work for a national charity as a counsellor and for local businesses via employee assistance programmes.

I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their Ethical Framework.
