About me

Prof Joffe hs been a consultant medical oncologist since 1994 having trained at The Royal Free Hospital in London, The Royal Marsden Hospital and Institute of Cancer Research in London / Sutton and then St James University Hospital in Leeds.
Current NHS practice is based in Huddersfield and Halifax with sessions of specialist activity in Leeds.
Major clinical interests are in breast, testicular, Germ Cell and Urological Cancers
Dr Joffe is the chairman of his professional association, the Association of Cancer Physicians, and until 2015 chaired the Joint Speciality Committee for Medical Oncology at the Royal College of Physicians and the Joint Collegiate Council for Oncology, and the Testicular Clinical Studies Group at the National Institute for Cancer Research.
He was awarded an honorary visiting professorship in the University of Leeds in 2013
