Having experienced my own challenges in life I know how sometimes we can feel lost and unsure of how to deal with something that may be causing us to feel anxious and depressed. Understanding and self-awareness are necessary if we are to bring about change.
As your therapist I will help you understand what you’re going through, along with the impact this is having on you emotionally, and how this may be holding you back.
I have worked with many people over the years and have helped them to make positive changes in their lives. Working with you I will help you to find your own answers and feel more empowered, with an increased sense of freedom and happiness in your life.
Many people I have worked have commented on the difficulty in talking to family and friends about their problems. In our sessions I will listen to you without judgment, and provide a confidential safe space where you can talk openly without pressure, and at your own pace.
