About me

I am a qualified counsellor with a Postgraduate Degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Wales, Newport (2007) and I am a registered accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP). I received my accreditation in 2012.
I recognise that at different times in our lives we experience stressful and difficult emotions that change the balance of our lives. I offer a safe space to explore these and place the therapeutic relationship at the centre of my work. I believe in being empathic, non-judgemental and creating a space for change. I use different approaches depending on the needs of each client, including a person-centred approach placing your needs at the centre of our work and a belief that with the right support we all have the capacity to reach our full potential.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues, please see below some of these.
