About me

I'm Adele and I've been a qualified counsellor since 2004.

Maybe you're experiencing anxiety, panic, low mood, difficulties with friendships or relationships, have low self-esteem, have experienced bereavement, trauma or abuse and you're unsure of how to move forward. I can work with you to achieve your goals in a strengths-focused way, to help you develop the confidence to thrive rather than just survive.

I specialise in working with young people aged 7-25. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, loss, self-esteem, dealing with change, stress, confidence, relationship issues, family issues and self-harm.

With 17 years experience, I work according to the needs of each young person, recognising that they are all unique.

Developing good mental health and emotional wellbeing is so important for young people. This is why I am passionate about developing the right approach to working with you - your aims and your way. I use play and creative resources and work with many different issues.

If you want a strengths-focused, empowering approach then please get in touch.
