About me

Offering psychological assessment and evidence based-therapy for a range of mental health and emotional difficulties. This includes depression, anxiety, anger, chronic pain, physical health, panic, low self esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress, grief and loss.

With over 11 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist and 6 years of core training I can offer a range of therapies. This includes cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness based approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and compassion focused therapy (CFT). I have advanced training in ACT, which helps people learn how to handle painful thoughts and feelings whilst focusing on a sense of fulfilment in life.
