About me

I have been working in NHS mental health services for over 30 years. I am a registered mental health nurse and a fully accredited and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I have extensive experience in helping people with depression and anxiety problems. I am also a qualified Interpersonal Psychotherapist (IPT); IPT is an evidence-based effective treatment for depression which can be associated with life events and more specifically difficulties within relationships.
