About me

For the past 8 years, Nikesh has specialised in the assessment and treatment of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including back & neck pain, joint & muscle pain, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. This has included working with professional & semi-professional athletes, local sporting teams, and a wide variety of working and retired professionals.

Nikesh has completed training in manual techniques, manipulation techniques, taping & strapping including kinesiology taping. He is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, being able to provide safe effective acupuncture to patient’s that require it. He has also completed a level 3 diploma in Sports Massage, and a level 3 certificate in Personal Training.
