About me

I am an Accredited CBT Therapist with over 10 years experience working within the NHS. I am also trained in EMDR Therapy and have used this approach, with great success for trauma related difficulties and anxiety.

I take a compassionate and wholly individualised approach to my practice. I believe that as we are all individuals with individual experiences, therapy should be tailored as such. Therefore I endeavour to provide quality evidence based treatment with the person at the heart.

I have worked with both adults and children within a variety of health care settings and services, including Primary Care (IAPT) and Specialist Eating Disorders Services.

I specialise in working with Anxiety related difficulties (OCD, Panic Attacks, Social and Performance Anxiety, Worry and Phobias) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/trauma related issues. I have also worked extensively with Depression and Eating Disorders and have received formal training and worked extensively with CBT-E for Eating Disorders.
