About me
I have 20 years' NHS experience as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist. I work with children, young people and families, providing assessment and intervention for a range of emotional, behavioural, neuro-developmental and mental health difficulties including: Anxiety disorders such as panic, phobias, PTSD and OCD; Depression; Relationship difficulties; challenging behaviours; autism diagnosis; and adjustment to health problems. My additional training: Mental Health First Aid instructor; Triple P provider; ADOS 2; Neuropsychological testing.
I offer a comprehensive assessment to provide a clear formulation and understanding of the issues your child and family are facing. My expertise is safeguarding young people. I can also link you to other services to support the work I do with you. My approach draws on evidence-based psychological models including behavioural, CBT, and systemic approaches
Areas of interest
I see young people (0-25) and their families, when the young person has an emotional or mental health difficulty and may also have autism or a learning disability. The conditions I assess and provide intervention for are:
